CLUBS IN OMAHA, NE.
ANY ONE INTERESTED? I KNOW WE IN THE MIDWEST HAVE TO WORK TO EAT, BUT I STILL HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS TO START A CLUB, OR JUST SIT AROUND HAVE COFFEE AND SHARE EXPERIENCES.
And if you are ever down here in Jasper, MO. Stop at Judy's truck stop and I'll buy you a cup if I am there. Right off 71 highway, probably due south of you, just 300 miles.
Have met a bunch of grain haulers from that area, you know the Gilbert's.
THE GILBERTS? NO NOT BY NAME.
NICE TO SEE SOME ONE ELSE FROM THE MID-MIDWEST.
THANX FOR THE REPLY
I'm not sure two make a club
I'm the Omaha area. It's always good to talk to someone with the same interests.
clubs in Omaha, NE
I live in Omaha and it would be nice to have a club here. I am very new to "small stuff" machining and am interested in old clocks and sterling and steam engines and need all the help I can get.-----Ray
How far west? How far north are you?
My wife has relatives in Iowa that we might be seeing
We live in South Dakota. I do get to valentine NE and
Omaha is not to far.
Sorry, I dont get to this forum very often.
I live between Council Bluffs and Crescent, about 7 miles from North Omaha.I would even meet you for coffee somewhere.
Darn it anyway.
I was in Omaha/CB just last week. Spent the week there visiting, shopping and such. Had I known you were that close I would have contacted you earlier, thought you were closer to Des Moines.
Where in SD ? Used to live there a long time ago (Artesian). Still have relatives all over the state. Try to get up there several times a year.
Live south of Valentine and also have a home in North Platte, bounce between both places when not traveling.
A club in Omaha would not help me very much, only get there 3 or 4 times a year but knowing where everyone is would help, at least could stop in and have coffee and some BS.
Any one is welcome to email me and drop in almost anytime.
Ummm, almost anyone,But they know who they are.
Just looked at the new addition to your sig line.
I have known that for a long time, .
You can't fool all the people all the time.
