Post Where to buy Lathe tooling?

I'd like some suggestions as to where are some good places to purchase carbide tooling and a diamond wheel (or complete sharpener) either mail order or as a long shot locally in the Milwaukee WI area. Also high speed steel blanks.

I was a machinist some 25 years ago and always wanted a metal working lathe in my basement and I finally have one so I'm getting back into it. So now I have to get all the things I was used to going to the Tool Room for.

    Thumbs up

I like KBC Tools. They will send you their Master Catalogue free.

Hands down the best web based catalog...a little more $$ but fast and usually always in stock.

If you know what you are looking for, try eBay. I buy new and used stuff all the time.

And what does it take to get a catalog from MSC? I've requested a catalog for the last three years to no avail. I'm in the machinist trade and I've ordered from them several times over the Net.
