Hi Guys I have been to New Zealand for the last week, as you may have read in my previous post, I took my 17 year old son over to visit his girlfriend who is working on a horse stud at Cambridge, well I was a bit of a third wheel as I expected so I contacted Speedy through the forum and went to visit him on New Years day. We started out in the shed having a look at all of Ken's projects ( I want one of those Colchester Students!) and ended up on Ken's deck having a good old chat for a couple of hours before I went back to Hamilton to see what the kids were up to. I hadn't heard from the kids since the night before, but unbeknown to me the Kiwi's sent an extraordinary amount of text messages on New Years Eve and New Years Day which crashed the mobile/cell network so I was offline! They had tried to call me several times and couldn't get me either!
Thankyou Ken for making me feel welcome, I had a great time with you and your wife and of course will come and see you again next time I am over there and of course if any forum members come over here feel free to contact me.
