    Bad Dog, is there anyway you can get at the part of the pin that pokes out good enough to cut it? Then poke it out some more. Cut again. Seems like a crazy way to do business. Definite longshot but I hope it helps in some way.

    Hmm, not sure, but I suppose it's an idea. I'm sure it will ruin the collar, but that's easily replaced on the lathe. Thanks, it may come down to that...
