Now that is very distressing to hear. I don't use my Klein electrical tools near as much as you have used yours of course, but I dearly love my 5 or 6 Klein electrical pliers - cutters, needle nose - lineman's, etc. They sure seem well made and work well. All my Klein stuff is older, don't have any experience with their current model tools.

    Wayne:

Klein has different grades of tools.

The ones issued to me at Sequoah? I took a file and cut all the sharp edges off the pliers so they would not cut my pocket. OR my arse. Pretty crappy metal, it cut easy thou.

So: the lil man has slid down the telephone pole. My old ones, you can cut a penny with them, try that with the newer ones and you may break them.

I have been looking for my Klien 125th anniversay cup since this thread reminded me I have one.
    Excuse me, I farted.
