A military salute artical.

I can not get the list of published of articals(index) to open and I am in need of finding a special artical.

A couple/three years ago a fellow wrote an artical on a project that he made using the American and one of the military service flags Navy/Army and one of the theater of operations metals. The metal formed a pendulam with the flags on top at an angle to each other.

I have the mag that the artical appeared in but I don't know which one. I have most probably about of 99% of the mags that have been published since the Home shop Machinest started being published.
