    Default What are these?

    Another non-political thread, unless these are somehow related to the North American Union and world domination by Islam.

    I saw them at NAMES, took a photo. To me, they look like little pot chucks for frageelay (fragile) thin parts like clock gears.

    They are movement holders used by watchmakers when working on watches. I use them when servicing watches so I don't have to handle the freshly cleaned watch parts with my fingers so much and lowers the risk of dropping a movement.

    There is also a watch hand holding tool used when fitting (broaching) watch hands. It is the thing in the box with the white sticker on it.
