Default OT.. need engine rebuild specs for 2 cyl Onan tractor motor.

    Hey guys!
Anyone have a manual or other info for a 1980 Case 646(hydraulic drive) garden type tractor?
My brother in law needs the head torque #, valve lash, and point opening.
Anyone got this or know where to find it?
I did a Google search for the Onan info but nothing came up.
    Thanks!
    Russ

What model ONan engine? I have books from when I rebuilt an old Linclon DC3 welder with an Onan engine.

I have a couple of old Onan generator manuals. These are the inline flathead engines. If you have displacement or similar info, general setup information should be the same.

I should have known better but I clicked on the Yahoo link anyway just to see what was going on. Yep, Yahoo still sucks! Here's what pops up on the screen.

Thanks guys! His motor is Model #CCKA-MS/3566J.
So Darin... all the info on that site for a CCK should be what he needs???
It's all there but the headbolt torque values.
Pretty interesting history about the company. Even Studebaker owned it then the Canucks took a run at it.
Hope I'll be ok with parts for my welder. It uses an Onan 18 hp. They probably only made a million of them...lol!
