Grizzly Vertical Bandsaw

Looking for some help from those in the know. I am thinking about buying a vertical bandsaw, like maybe the G8144 12 inch. Any pro(s) or con(s), or suggestions? I have never used one of these pups and know nothing about them.

I do not know about the grizzly . But I would be hard pressed to do with out my Big OLD Grob 18 inch. vertical We have something at work that looks similar some kind of oriental made Drake in a 16 inch size it is fare but Not a Doall are Grob.

I have a similar 12" but with a variable speed drive and I really like it. The one thing that I did notice is that the low speed on the griz was still a little fast for stainless. I would love to add a 36" DoAll, but this is still a useful size.
