The collet chuck is fairly easy to work out from the collet spec once you know that the offset or eccentric "ring" inside the nut runs in the groove on the collet, the nut fits the short taper & the body the longer on,

The cavity is 8 degrees per side and 11mm at the opening as you probably know. The nut is threaded M14x0.75 which I think is what you're looking for.
