So far I am impressed. It works a lot better than my Miller plasma. AND like someone else said, the consumables are 1/4th the price or less. CUTs are clean even on rusty metal, like a pair of scissors, no slag or crap, Using a ruler to trace it and cut the plate steel for the frame boxing plates it looked like it had been sheared.

Stick welding with a 3/32nd 6011 rod burned in and I could have shoved it through a 3/8 plate steel.

Not used the tig function yet.

I didn't buy it, but I am loving it so far.

Lil brother carried this home.. My shop is just teetering along, so I ain't buying one this week. I was impressed, quality operation, and cheap price. I started building my own multi purpose machine and the components were going to be much more than this machine was off ebay. AND I have to yet figure out all the lil quirks and bugs by trial and error. (cost more money)

In between health and bad economy for "luxury" machines and service.. there you are.. I got two engines to build for others, and three car motors to build for myself. One of the bike engines is a paying customer, other I have been chasing a year to get money for parts.

They make a lil paper to seize a title.. seems a shame to do that to someone I have known 30 years. I'll probably just take a loss and send it all home. That's how he gets ahead thou, that and in court, insurance losses.. and..

Then there is this friends 71 camaro we were going to prime in "two days" four months ago.. I threatened yesterday to prime windows, tires and all.. he has not seen it in two months, it is tore down all over the shop. I ain't mad at him, hell I went and picked him up when he got out of prison. He has spent most his life in there doing stupid crap. He's still a kid. Well he growed up acting like me but could not keep from getting caught every time he did. (I was a paid bodyguard, he was a thug) I'll give him a time in the shop as long as I don't have any paying jobs to rush.
