Need article from 2004 HSM

How can I go about obtaining a copy of an article in the Jan-Feb HSM magazine? There is supposed to be an article in there about making a telescoping taper attachment for the South Bend 9"/10" lathes, written by John Foster.

I missed buying that copy ($10 !!!!!) but still want to have the article.
