Looking For M1A Scope Mount Plans

The title pretty much covers it.

I am looking for Plans or Blueprints for the Scope Mount for an M1A {M14}

Never seen any plans.Heres a couple of pics of one.Making the piece to take the place of the stripper clip guide looks like the hardest part to me.I have seen some for sale less than 50.00 shipped but can't remember where.

Springfield Armory sells the scope mount and modified stripper clip mount. Not sure how much though.
