I looked on Google and I couldn't find a complete link. It appears that the company is based in the Phillipines. There don't appear to be any dealers so I'd keep looking.
Try Lincoln, Miller, Hobart and other American brands for good welders. You want to be able to get a warranty and service with parts later on. I'd stay away from unknown brands.
