    Default Ot: $%^&#$% Barn Flies

These $%%^&^ Barn Flies won't go away - how do you get rid of them

I just sprayed the eves with Malathion and it didn't slow these little suckers down 1 bit.

I have a 20' covered eve and these things love it there and I just can't get rid of them. I've tried the insect candle - they dance in the flame. Now I mixed up a thick batch of Malathion and they're laughing at me

Heh! this is purely 'for what its worth'---

Got this off one of those endlessly forwarded emails swearing that it works!!

Put water in zip loc bags, drop a few pennies in, seal up th bag and hang around areas where the flies are --- groan!

Hey, its sure easy enough to try.....
If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something........

you could try "Fly Bait" available a some garden supply and perhaps other outlets dealing with agricultural products. Follow label directions.

Here is a link to some tips to help, it sounds like a real problem keeping them under control.

Try flypaper. It's cheap and environmentally safe, and it can't hurt.
