You haven't given us a lot to go on, but it looks like the same triangular insert used on cheap lathe turning tools.

One picture looks like the insert is set at an angle to give it rake. One picture it looks like it is straight in there.
If it is straight (Not angled to give it some rake), It is probably a TPU or TPG 3XX or 4XX (Judging by size, I am guessing it is most likely a 3XX series)
Start with a "TNMT"_ _ _ _
You need to measure the thickness, and how big of "circle" the 3 points of the triangle would make.
Is it solid, or does it have a hole thru it?
You can figure it out pretty easily at this link:

It's most likely TNMG3xx or TNMG4xx.
There's a good chart here:

That will let you figure out what numbers to put in the x...
Chris
Ill say TNMG as well. Probably the most common insert out there.
Actually, the circle measurement is whatever will fit WITHIN the confines of the sides of the triangle. The points are outside the circle.

To be sure call Rouse but it looks like a TNMG33X. Find a piece of 3/8" diameter stock (washer or a slug) & put it on the insert if it touches all 3 sides it's a 3/8" IC (inscribed circle), if the slug is too small do the same with a 1/2" diameter & if that fits it's a 43X. The thickness for either is .187" or 3/16" & the tnr (tool nose radius) can be checked on a comparator or with a radius gage. A 1 is a 1/64", a 2 is a 1/32 & 3 is a 3/64", etc.
Did you check their website? http://www.arno-rouse.com/us/products/milling.html What is marked on the side of the insert?
