    Question Oil through grease zerks

My Barker mill had, at some point, a one-shot oiler on it. The oiler was gone when I took possession, but I made an adapter to install a grease zerk. My question: is there a specific type of grease gun for oil, rather than grease?
    Thanks,
    Jim

I use the cheap, pistol-grip style grease gun for oil. It works fine.
I just fill up the cylinder with way oil, then invert it while squirting oil in the zerks.

Could you put oil cups on it instead?McMaster Oil Cup Catalog Page

    Thumbs up

Many thanks, guys...just what I needed.
Robbie: the plumbing for the one-shot oiler is below the ways. The cups would have to be mounted several inches above the ways in order to get gravity flow to the ways.
