That looks less like a torso and more like the pelvic region to me. Does torso mean something else in the UK or is he just being polite?

One of the entries was a pile of old analog televisions, radios, and alarm clocks and other miscellaneous consumer electronics thrown in a pile in a stairwell. All of the TVs were on and tuned to the now nonexistant analog stations snow in the screens, static from the speakers. Yep... creative...
