    Default Armistice Day

    Hi Guys,
Remember to take a couple of minutes today, in rememberence of the armistice of 11/11/1918, in memorium of the brave fallen of that ghastly 14-18 war, also 1939-45 conflict, &subsequent conflicts past and on going
Brave men from Britain, Canada, The United States, Australia, New Zealand, France & Belgium &other brave souls from Eastern Europe &elsewhere, who gave their all that we might live in freedom from a tyrant.
    Remember them in your prayers

    Yes Jep,
But sadly when a twisted ideology of a madman &his cohorts cut in, Just before 1930? it corrupted some of the good guys, &the misery &loss of life was multiplied Especially in the Pacific.

    And it ain't over yet.
Thank God there are still brave people being born to keep the world 'free'.

Anyone see the same mistakes being made today as were made in the '30s? I see it happening all over again. Only the 'allies" have been weakened to the point that oceans won't help us get our war machine started in time.

I hate war and blame everyone willing to actualy go to another country to murder people moreso then those who ordered it. Those who stay in thier own country and get shot at, Are the real heros, Reguardless what the spineless worms that run the country say or are doing.

Going to another country to murder people.. Is murder, Reguardless what anyone else tells you, And reguardless what reason its for.

I choose to remember those who defended thier own backyards. thier own familys from certian and direct threat. Those who did not need to be told who the enemy was or why they should be killed, It was clear as night and day. Those who did not need political reasons to rationalise shooting back when shot at. Those who did not need taxpayer money to be shiped half way across the world just to commit mass murder 'just in case' said people might fly back half way across the world and commit mass murder first otherwise.

Those people are my heros. Only defenders stop wars. Only Attackers start them.

I'll also note that iv been told many of the people in those wars where going back to defend where they came from (if just a generation or two ago)

Falls under 'Protecting your family'. Im not 100% sure where I stand on defending another country. But its definately more noble then attacking.
