    Does anyone know an inexpensive source for various forms of titanium?. I love working the stuff, but ordering small amounts is extremely expensive through the sources I have found on the net. Last quote came to $33/lb for 14 lbs of rod stock. Right now I need some 2 3/4" or 3" round, only a foot or so, and about 20' of 5/8" round. A second hand source would be great. Edo

    I don't know where you're located, but Boeing Surplus in Seattle, Wa. has ti for $8.00 @ lb. last time I was there. It's a crapshoot as to the sizes you might find...
