Its crap. I used it.
Makes up all circular and helical moves from a zillion tiny moves instead of G02 and G03 moves. This gets you incredibly slow moves.
Plus the same functionality is built in the wizards of Mach3 so what's the point? If I am going to spend the money I will buy the Newfangledsolutions conversational pack.
Macona is right. Go with Mach 3. While it is a fairly sophisticated program in functionality, it is easy to use. Set up may be time consuming for the novice or with particular machine set ups. The end game though is a very robust controller that can do a lot.
The NewFangledSolutions Wizards are great to work with. Although I've merely scratched the surface, I find them to be pretty easy to work with. Plus they're somewhat intuitive.
Hope this helps,
Terry
There's only one way to find out, might as well get started now!
SimpleCNC isnt even a controller. It is just a stand alone program to make crap code.
The object of my question is that. I can t use it at all. Only get script errors.
