Forum attachments gone?

I don't see the "manage attachments" selection anymore when posting. Did they turn that off, or am I just blind?

We never could post attachments. We have to use Photobucket,if that's what you mean.

Well that's embarrasing. Guess I'm getting my forums confused. There is a manage attachments set of instructions, but I guess that section is generic to the bb software.
