What's a Hobart MegaMig 450 worth?

There's a guy that owes me a favor. Like an $800 favor. He wants to settle the favor by giving me a 3 phase Hobart Megamig 450 with an air cooled gun.

I don't need it and I want to know what it's worth so I can decide if this is a show of good faith or not. I didn't see anything exactly like that on ebay at the moment. Is it old and obsolete? Is it worthless? Is it a gold mine?

Its pretty old. Three phase machine have very little value since you need three phase to run them. I would say about $300 for the machine alone, another 300 for the feeder and gun. Feeders are pretty universal, they can be adapted to run on most machines.
