kwikway boring bar 1500 fx

I just aquired a boring bar for small engines and I don't know how to measure the size that the bar will cut..I know how the mic goes into the bar...I'm not sure how the cutter is supposed face streight up or sideways? I could sure use some help? If reply assume you are talking to a moron. Thanks john

You will likely get more response to your question if you post this in the general section rather than the welding forum.
Much bigger audience there, many members there that do not bother to check into this portion of the bbs.
