    Default Cool lil Grizzly mill...

Kind of a neat little piece. Too bad the spindle is so fast. DC motor tho...could be slowed down more???? Or changed out...

This off shore stuff Grizzly is selling is kinda neat really, they keep comming up with different, sometimes better designs, i always find this stuff interesting.

Yup...it's pretty neat! Would certainly expand the capabilities of a small mill.
Course...I'm kinda biased towards horizontal mills now after having a couple.

That very (Sieg) mill was discussed here recently.

I find it very attractive as it suits my shop and the small work I do (DEFINITELY not "production") as my other mills are vertical square column types and that mill would fill some gaps as a horizontal mill.

As I recall, Sieg is coming out with a newer larger but similar model with a Sieg SX3 drive which suits me too.

It will need to have an MT3 spindle taper for me.

I think that John Stevenson is best advised on this and the future/next model.

    I can wait.

Cute, but 6 1/2" max overhead room isn't much space. Better buy a LOW vise,or clamp work to the table.
