I pulled my TIG torch out last night and the Argon hose had pinholes in it almost it's entire length. I'm wondering if I can use fuel line or vacuum hose as a replacement.

Being an inert gas, I'd think you could get away with using anything.
You need a very small hose to be able to fit the handle back on your torch.A replacement should be rather inexpensive unless you have an unusual torch.
1/4" urethane pneumatic line is very close. I've used the line from SMC before but your results may vary.
You might want to investigate the source of those pinholes though. Maybe you need to pay more attention to the wife...
Or it could be hot bits of metal, in which case a cover could help...
Or your gas salesman has access to your shop....
