Anyone sharpen slab mills?

Title says it all, does anyone have the capability to sharpen fairly large slab mills? In this case 6" Wide, 3" diameter? I have a few that need touching up and nobody around here does this. Might be time to tune up the cutter/grinder search.

If they are straight flute you may be able to sharpen them in your lathe using a mandrel and your headstock as an indexer and a toolpost grinder grinding one flute at a time. Just a thought, I saw something done that way but can't remember where. Old age I guess.
