SDP Aka Stock Drive Products. SAE and metric gearing down to clock wheel sizes. It appears they have 0.5 module gears....https://sdp-si.com/eStore/Direct.asp?GroupID=591

No idea of stock, country of origin, pricing, no connection, blah, blah, blah.

P.S. their website gives the appearance of US based manufacturing, http://www.sdp-si.com/web/html/direct.htm. Where is Hyde Park in NewYork? Is it really an industrial area? No clue...

Camdigger- I looked that site over. They didn't have what I needed either.
I've found the 13t one at some RC Heli sites but that 52t is an odd ball.
Looks like I'm going to have to order from the UK.
Wonder what shipping is on a 1oz gear? HaHa.

    Sid,

SDP has 13 and 52 tooth gears in plastic but they seem to be only 3mm thick.

Other than that, can you use a different combination that gives you the same ratio say 12/48 or 15/60?

There is simply no way I could make ONE at a better price than that. Key riced. I can't even fire up the machines for that.

Economies of scale at work. Costs $100 / unit for one; $200 per 100 units; $300 for 500 units,, etc ad nauseum...

Seriously, Sid try their 1-800 line. http://www.sdp-si.com/web/html/capabilities.htm They may have a customer rep with enough smarts to steer you to a solution or even offer your a price on a custom made gear.
