Hey, Chester, if you ever get the chance, please take a pic of your cart when it's unloaded so we can see the details. There is some great design in there!

This the detail you were looking for?

It is all pretty straight forward. The cart started life making my Linc. buzz box mobile, but I quickly realised it was better suited to being wall mounted. So, I installed another set of tracks above, that suited the tanks, that's the only reason for that double tracking. The tanks just sit in there loose and are retained by that swing up bar in front.

All the material used is junk that was on hand. Bed rails, pipe and some square bar. I believe I got those wheels at Princess Auto for something like $3 (it was built in 1982)

One more.....the tubes are lifted about 3/8" above the caps to allow any accumulated junk to fall out.

    Anything I missed?

Something I would (will) add is a nest for a hot torch. The cheapie cart that came with my kit has no place to hang the torch without the risk of touching one of the hoses with a still-hot torch tip.

Found something that could give ideas (or copy?) and the basic need (narrow) was the same

That would handle mulitple size bottles better than a clamp.

Maybe something like Chester's cart, but load the bottles from the side, the opposite side having two V's for securing the cylinders.
Then you could get at either tank by itself.
You could still have a box on the end for accessries and a taller handle on the end.
I think it's standard to have a flame-proof method of securing for safety reasons.
