    Started on a madam project when finished it will mount her hair dryer to the wall

    It's been delivered to the customer already. They're going to probably buy a small bench top drill press to mount it on and that will be it's only job. One set-up, one time, rockers the rest of it's life.

    Nicely done again! You do some nifty little projects in your shop. Are you doing some sort of heat treatment with the toaster oven?

    The pin has a .002 interference fit so I'm warming the block to drop the pin in.

    Nice work, I've made a lot of jigs, fixtures and gauges over the years that fit the shape of the scrap I had lying around without having to remove excess material. It's nice being able to incorporate the "lines" and features of the scrap at hand to make the part more aesthetically pleasing making people think you spent extra time doing it. When in reality it was time saving "laziness" lol.
