almost 2 years ago, I gave my horizontal/vertical mill away for free..it was a lagun fu2..I didnt' have room for it when i moved, so I gave it to the rigger...I sure miss it, I just didn't have the room...

    and yes, I regret it.....

Talk about bargains, a whole powdercoat operation with 1200 foot conveyor, ovens heaters, wash, two spray booths and over a thousand pounds of powder sold at auction for less than $500..

I bought the 400 foot chain conveyor.. NOW, I have to take the stinking thing down..

..........Gee, located in Riverside, Ca. That's about 8 miles from my house. Wonder if it'd fit in the back of the Ford Sport Trac? :-). Guess I could install it on the patio. Of course I'd have to demo the garage to get it back there.

I guess I will just add more "too little" rollers to spread the load out.

If I had been closer... Only two or three states away.. I'd been really quiet and bid $5....

Metal cutters.. whoo hoo.. one of these big ole sidewinder mills might not look like "Jessie James" cnc or the other popular shows on tele but they do a job as well. Setups is what kills you with these mills. I love my quick change spindle.

I missed out on a Mayer Power hammer. I directly attribute it to the shows on television. I suspect the guy who bought it will let it rust to oblivion.

Can't tell enough from the little fuzzy photo, but if it's in good shape, even $2,500 would be a great deal on that mill.

Hitachi Seiki's were apparently inspired by later Cincinnati Milacron designs and all that I've seen seem to be very nicely made machines.

If I didn't already have a similar Cincinnati Milacron, I'd bid a few hundred, even with the $1,500 it would take to get it here....assuming the 'rigger on site 8/27' didn't charge too much anyway.

    HiYa All,
I am interested in this mill, but I have a self imposed limit of 7.5 (could stretch to 10) HP. Any guesses? His rigger is alittle steep @ 750.00 to take it approx. 50 miles though.
