The knurled split rings look like they came off of RCBS reloading dies.

Have a look if there's a chuck screw in the hole the drill goes, sometimes these get forgotten(!), pair of chuck wedges aka folding wedges, slide together behind chuck, butt one against the side of your vise, tap the other, I find oiling them helps as does polishing the taper, should pop the chuck off its arbour, some are really stubborn, I've had to really hit a few but the chuck was toast anyway, you can press the wedges in the vise to eject, whatever works! (Mind I needed the arbour of one I couldent shift, I cut the chuck away only to find I had left the screw in the chuck in, couldent see it as a spinning drill had done a number on it, hence the warning.

Those split threaded collars are a common feature of Albrecht chucks, I'm not sure why.
I have at the museum, an 0-10mm Albrecht, brand new which was in a box of tools donated to us. Fitted to a MT2, it runs 0.002" tir. You might try your chucks in R8 collets to see what they run like, with different diameters in the jaws, there is no guarantee that fitting directly to an R8 arbor would improve the runout. Actually using R8 collets might result in a shorter assembly in some cases.

Those drill chucks are made in 'Germany. I live in Germany. So if A =B and B = Me, Your simplest solution is to send them to me. I will pay the postage because I am a nice guy!

It's better not to ask. If you have to ask, then the answer will probably always result in one of these

nope. Often I learn something, occasionally answer.

My only "what is it threads" dislike is the random guesses.... wait for someone who knows
