Default O/T, very, very O/T, Help from TrumpLand?

One of those very idle passing thoughts: I am hoping one of you USA'ns can name some candy/ gum. We don't get much of your stuff down here, Reeses Pieces are rare, peeps and tootsie rolls are unheard of, along with anything else hostess.

I remember seeing some chewing gum sticks, I believe it was cinnamon flavoured, wrapped in foil, red and silver packet. For the life of me I can't google it or remember the name.

Glee gum? I think that's one of those antique brands recently resurrected for today's nostalgia crowd, like the old Black Jack licorice gum.

    Doc.
Doc's Machine. (Probably not what you expect.)

Where is "down here"? Please put your location in your profile as most of us do...

    Maybe you mean "Big Red"?

There is also Trident, Orbit, and Dentyne, among others:

    Doc.
I don't know if this has been resurected, I haven't seen it for ages, and not being common I wouldn't have missed it if it slipped by the wayside.
I'd never heard of Black Jack but I'll see if I can't find some.
    Cheers.

    Sorry. Done.
Bingo! that was the one, Cheers.
Wikipedia says that it is available (in 2007?) but I haven't seen it in NZ since long before that.
Seems to be on Ebay so I assume it's still generally available in the US.

Big Red is still readily available. (at every corner gas station and grocery store - I think it may even be in the candy machine here at work)

Big Red used to be a favorite.

It sucks now, read the ingredients to know why.

    Nothing is sacred.
