I may not post attachments. Why?

Trying to add some pictures to a post but it says I may not post attachments. I have before, what gives?

It's not as easy as with some sites. There's a sticky thread that describes the process. Basically you have a gallery here on HSM and you have to post them to that gallery then copy and paste the link to the image in your gallery to the thread.

Or use one of the image hosting services and post the IMG link from them to your posts.

If you see a photo above, the board's own image hosting is working correctly.

What image hosting service are you using?

Are you using an actual PC or one of the phones to post?

Are you using any other software/apps to do it?
