    I put a new kitchen a few years ago and got into it after that. List night I did Lebanese, home made mint Tzatziki to dip fried pita's in , and falafel sandwiches with tahini sauce - all home made and so much better what you can buy. I'm at the keen beginner stage and that's good enough to have a lot of fun and good meals, none of the recipes are secret, mostly web mined, glad to send a copy if you want

    Yes Sir! Recipe me please. I have been gathering info on all the items cept the falafal. I would love to have some additional info. Looks like something I could do. JR

    Had mexican pokee today- watched someone else reject it because they're allergic to guacamole. Shame, it was good.
