Great questions! Monday through Friday I love to eat lunch while working in my home office. I'd love to be able to cook in my home office too, but I go down stairs to a wonderful gourmet kitchen for that.

Waste of a kitchen for what you're posting here. Be better to just put a toaster oven in your office.

This is probably your idea of eating something "green" https://i.redd.it/hxs663bb5vux.jpg

I used to have a riding buddy that used to indulge himself in teenage mutant ninja turtle pies after a long hard mt bike ride, I sometimes would eat a whole box of little debbies nutty bars... I remember him saying that he was going to get faster then I was because he was eating the pie's lol - then he would point to the pack at the line that says "the secrets in the ooz" and smile... not that i was doing myself a whole lotta good either...

Lunch: home made tacos made from smoked pulled pork that was crisped in a pan with cumin, cayenne, ancho, lime and OJ. Topped with tomatoes, slaw, pickled red onions, green onion, cilantro and a bit of salsa verde.

It ain't taco bell.. but sometimes you just do what needs to be done.

around these parts we call it "toxic smell"

never had a need for pulled pork as pushing it works just as well.

Looking forward to tonights meal....pan fried fillet with chimichurri sauce I just finished. Chimichurri comes from Argentina, the land of the worlds best steaks, and if you haven't tried it on steak please treat yourself. I usually do this dinner with home made onion rings or fries (I should say frites as I'm trying to cook uptown ) , but its healthier tonight, green beans and baked potatoes

Tried some clam chowder this morning, opted out. The grilled turkey and cheese sandwich was great. Ice cream for lunch, tuna sandwich coming up for dinner.
I seldom do anything within the scope of logical reason and calculated cost/benefit, etc- I'm following my passion-
