Any velocity of air, like 3000 lbs // 200 bar will have no effect after about 30 cm, on typical output diameters.
A scuba bottle at 200 bar will flush anything, but wont drop any mosquitoes.
Based on 30 years of diving all over the world.

Harsh chemicals can drop mosquitoes right in the air.
    100x faster than any repellant.
What we used to wash fighter jets, after they fired missiles from underbody.
    Circa 1988.
No idea what was in the mix.
But a mosquito would drop dead in the air, immediately, and drop to the ground.
On minimal contact with the vapour.
100x faster than DDT, still used in africa when I saw it, circa 1980+.

The BUG-A-SALT 2.0 is the most powerful, efficient BUG-A-SALT designed yet. The Bug-A-Salt shoots a shotgun spray of regular table salt and decimates flies on contact. A surefire fun way to enjoy a disgusting task. Rid your house of all those pesky pests and have a blast while doing it!

Not sure about Louisiana, but have to ask
Do you have to register your A-Salt Rifle ?

Has anyone ever tried to make a high pressure vortex doughnut gun? I'd assume that the doughnut would be quite small, travel very quickly, and carry the energy fairly efficiently for some distance.

Who would want to waste a perfectly good, tasty donut by firing it at a fly?
