    Cool MILL-DRILL POWER FEED

    Good morning folks;
    Hope you enjoyed the lunar eclipsw as much as I did. That said, I have been fooling around trying different things for building a table power feed for my mill drill. Now not having a lot of smarts in the electronic field, and pricing some of the needed components, I looked into buying a ready made unit that would fit. Well as it turned out, Busy Bee Tools had one on sale for $399.00cdn. Sooo, I figured it was just as cheap to go this route and save myself the frustration, so I bit the bullet and purchased the unit and installed it, and am completely satisfied so far. What a difference not having to crank my arm off! Now, there was another post about shipping the other day, so I gotta mention this. I ordered this thing on Monday and received it on Wednesday, now you can't beat that can you, now the kicker, that was by post office!
    Well, I will turn off the long wind now and go make some chips

    Jim...I just finished milling a bunch of aluminum casting with....yup..my new power feed! Thanks for the tip about the sale. Works great as you mentioned. My favourite part is the rapid return. Sure wasted a lot of hours doing it by hand. Only thing I don't like is the fact that it blocks off the oiler hole for that end of the feed screw I think I'll just drikk a hole through it so the squirt can will fit in there. We be big shots now that we got power huh? LOL!
