Purchased a used Bison Adjus-Tru 3-jaw chuck without instructions. Need direction on how to set runout. On the face of the chuck there are 3 socket head cap screws and on the O.D. there are 4 socket head set screws. My assumption is that I back off the 3 bolts on the front of the chuck slightly, adjust the runout with the 4 on the OD and then retighten the 3 bolts on the face. There are also 3 small socket head cap screws on the chuck face, very close to the chuck hole where one would insert material, I assume I do not touch these? Any help will be appreciated.
