        There are a few that look off.
        PD4 base freq 50hz
        PD5 max op freq 120Hz
        PD15 Decel raise it from present 1sec.
        Also raise accel PD14 now set to 1 sec.
        PD144 2800
        I assume you have it connected in delta if running 220?

          What you mean with respect to the mentioned PD's, are they correct ? Yes it is connected 220v delta.

              Which values do you concrete suggest to be set ? 50-120-1-1-2800-220 ?

                Set:
                PD004 base freq to 50hz
                PD005 max op freq to 120Hz
                PD015 Decel raise it from present 1sec to 5sec to begin with.
                Likewise Also raise accel PD014 now set to 1 sec.
                PD144 to 2800

                  Was setting the above mentioned value's to the specified value without any result; the motor stops running for the higher frequencies and does'nt deliver a torque. A pitty.
                  I am really asking myself what is going on here ?

                    Do you KNOW the motor is following frequency correctly, AND operating at speed you think it is when it does work?

                    If your frequency was too high for the motor, the motor torque WILL drop off and it may stall.

                    It sounds almost as if the motor frequency is actually going too high, higher than you think it is. Often there is an option for how frequency is displayed, either in Hz, or in RPM. if you think you see one, and actually it is the other, then many problems will show up.

                        Has anybody any idea about this problem, I really don't see what is the reason of the malfunction of the convertor. Any other site to ask for help ?
