Hi All,
Once again I'd like to thank all of you who helped this woodworker figure out a way of bending aluminium rod. This puppy worked great and pictured below is a piece of 1/4" bolt and a piece of 3/8" threaded rod. It was a breeze to bend this stuff; the aluminium will be a walk in the park.
