Hisey machine works - anyone ever hear of them?

that old horizontal mill i hauled home has "Hisey Machine Works, No. 2, Aurora, IND" cast into the side. anyone ever hear of this company or know of any links? i've been searching for a few days and didn't turn up anything.

i'll get a few pics up in the next few days (too hot and tired to get any today).

I remember Hisey Wolf pedestal grinders at one place I worked at in the late '70's. I have no idea if they're from the same company.
