bit of a shell game really, they haven't removed the peg, ie convert to market driven currency, they've simply altered what it's pegged to! all of the aurguments against their fx policy by their trading partners still stand imo, and western government need to send them a sign, like some duties, that they are serious..... or not, and just watch them bleed us dry.

sure were some misleading headlines over it though
