Anyone here ever buy from Knuth Machine Tool? I did a search and only found two posts that talked about them. Not much to go on.

If anyone has any info or dealt with them please post.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. What a bone head.

Anyway, I am looking at one of their lathes, the Super 180 V. They also manufacture all machine tools, ie: mills, drills, lathes, conventional and CNC.

They claim to have made the parts for their machinery in Taiwan, and assemble them in Germany. Then they are QC'd there as well.

Knuth made a big splash when they mass mailed their large catalog to machine shops about a year ago.

After looking the catalog over and recognizing some of the generic third world machine designs, my question was, how much of their machinery is in stock for immediate delivery? Seemed to me, with the large variety they featured, there's no way they could support, much less stock, all the different machines.
