Who wants to make gears?

i need 6 gears,for now,16 DP, 36 tooth ,14.5 pressure angle , tapered bore , side reliefs, matereal is steel, I don't have the time right now and need these for a job I am working on,I have a drawing that i can email those that are interested , Any takers?

Sounds like the gears could be purchased from Boston Gear, and then you will only have to work the "taper bore" That will be less of an expense. And be faster....

thanks norm, already checked that, believe it or not the specs are not close enough to modify any Boston gear product

I had this gentleman make some gears for me. He used to advertise on eBay, but I think his business grew beyond that. I was real pleased.

I don't know if he would be interested in the taper bore.

thanks fred, I also found him and sent him the specs , he agreed to do the work for me and then i never heard from him again and he doesn't answer any emails or calls anymore, perhaps the taper bore was too much to do ?I would be willing to do the bore if that was all the problem was,, JON
