I'm a novice and jJust picked this up as my first CNC machine.

Two questions:

1. Spindle is 3hp /5hp (15min), what size rotary phase converter should I use for my single phase conversion?

2. Manual says taper is #40 CAT V-flange, so , before I buy the wrong tool holders, does this mean I can get any CAT40 tool holder to work?
