Although this gives no benefits to politicians or lawyers, Cole's Power Models has a steam engine mounted on the front wheel of a bicycle. It has a 1 3/8" bore and a 1 1/2" stroke, the boiler is fed by gasoline, operates on 100 psi, and gives the bike a top speed of 16 MPH.
