Takisawa lathes

I've noticed a bunch of used Takisawa lathes come up used locally. When I search the archives I see a lot of references to them being Okuma copies. They look more like Victors to me. I know Takisawa is a Japanese company, but I assume these are all from their Taiwanese affiliate.
I was curious what kind of quality these are. I was really considering Victors and Sharps. Is this a comparable lathe or something more lower-end like a Grizzly or MSC?

They are right up there with Mori Seiki.
Better than Victor and Sharp for sure.
