We are actually getting winter now. I would be freezing my arse off if we had not spent that $12,000 for that 97.6% eff. furnace/AC! The house now has a plastic penis (exhaust) - but hardly any vapour comes out, then I look over at the neighbors houses and the steam is just a chugging out the stack...

Our gas bill is still under the minimum charge, despite the recent massive price hikes here. (no doubt because it is January)
