Changing the gearing on the Gatling & had a set ordered from china & Canada, both were cancelled. McMaster Carr is more than I care to pay. Anyone know of a cheaper source in the U.S.?

I made my own helical gears for the two gatling guns I built (.22 and .357mag) using my bridgeport cnc and gearotic motion software. The ones in the pic were cut using only a 1/16 endmill.
Ebay has a lot of gears, many suitable for gatling guns, at real cheap prices.
For scale reference, the housing is 4-3/8 ODLast edited by Sparky_NY; 02-24-2020, 08:06 AM.

ebay cancelled the 2 sets I had coming because of the problems in china. I had checked Amazon but the shipping was twice the gears but just did a general search & Amazon came up at $18/prime in stock for the pair. Nice job on yours. Mines a 9mm using glock happy sticks with a 22 coming behind it with a 550 rd mag. Is yours a copy of the 1877?

Looks Great, nice job! Mine has the mag at 10 O'clock as the orif 1962 patent drawings which didn't wotk well then as they were gravity feed so I can have sights on top. Here's a place I didn't realise was in Japan the sent a quote in about an hour & gears were $18ea & not including shipping I'm sure https://khkgears.netLast edited by flylo; 02-24-2020, 08:40 AM.
